We can introduce a kind of carbon nanotube-based field effect transistor gas sensor which is sensitive, high-performance and convenient for detecting the concentration of formaldehyde in the chamber using the excellent nature of carbon naotubes such as big specific surface area, ballistic transport characteristic and high field effect mobility.The techniques of micro-electromechanical systems and aerosol jet printing are employed for preparing carbon naotube-based field effect transistor gas sensors and playing a critical role of it. It is hopeful for bring these techniques into industrialization.At last, we did electric and gas-sensitive test using carbon naotube-based field effect transistor gas sensor respectively on the basis of a steady, exact and controlled gas sensor testing system. The result shows that this kind of mini gas sensor is sensitive to formaldehyde. |
