As the heading face of mine blasting tunneling to work in most cases, so placed in the heading face of the communication lines of various sensors easily blown off, affecting the normal use of monitoring systems. In the coal face, with the face goes along ,sensor communication lines changes,and the sensor communication lines are more complicated retractable, Against this shortcoming, this paper researched a wireless CO sensor, which uses intrinsically safe power supply using wireless communication in order to avoid sensor's line was severed lead to it can not communicate, Wiring and power supply can be used at difficult situations. it can also be composition of mine gas monitoring network easily to fit all sizes of mine applications.Based on the analysis of the current carbon CO sensor based on the domestic and international, with design requirements of Carbon CO sensor, proposed the overall program.And make a detailed discussion of basis of the system, hardware and software design. The system use the single-chip AT89S52 as the central processing unit, the ATmega128 as microcontrollerthe ,CC2420 as the core of radio transceiver module, Including data acquisition module, the micro-controller module, wireless RF transceiver module and power module. CO sensor consists of wireless data transceiver circuit, signal amplifier, digital display circuit, sound and light alarm circuit and other modules. Software design use modular programming method, software program development using C51 high-level language, Main subroutine are: wireless transceiver subroutines, digital processing subroutine.Meanwhile, hardware and software designing are taking an effective anti-interference measures. Through experiments and continuous commissioning to prove that the system has high stability,reliability,has a broad development prospect.
