| In this paper, the pros and cons of the status and factors aspects of the domestic and international cylinders pressure test are introduced. Cylinders test equipment based on machine vision technology belongs to cylinders quality testing technologies. It consists of digital camera, image analysis software, pressure detection, electrical control, computer assembly and the connection tracking. The technology is characterized by using the method of images process to detect volume change of the cylinder caused by the pressure; the measurement process is the dry measurement and non-contact measurement. The cylinder image is processed by image processing methods of Visual C++ programming in image acquisition, noise reduction, edge detection. And the deformation of the cylinder full deformation and residual deformation and residual deformation rate are calculated by a three-dimensional simulation model. The image enhancement part is solved by OPENCV, comparing several processing effects by different image processing algorithms. This measurement method, avoiding the outside interference, is used to solve some extent disadvantages of the traditional cylinder test method and its equipment. |
