This thesis mainly consists of two parts. In the first part, the piezoelectric biosensors and the mini piezoelectric biological analyze platform were made up, and the performance of the system was investigated; In the second part, the system was applied in DNA analysis and antigen/antibody analysis primarily, and the mathematic model of the system was established according to the experiment data. In the first part, on the basis of our laboratory's research, a new biosensor and its work circuit were designed in the line of the principle of piezoelectric quartz crystals microbalance (PQCM) and piezoelectric biosensors, which improved the steady performance of the biosensor greatly. A mini piezoelectric biological analyze platform based on CPLD and RS232 serial communication were made up, which was smaller, more convenient and more reliable. In order to make use of computer to deal with the datum from the piezoelectric biological analyze platform, a soft was designed in Win32, which could display the sampling curve real-time and online. The data could be stored in the form of text or picture, and the analysis result could be reported or printed. Finally, the new platform's performance is reviewed by means of absolute ethyl alcohol volatility experiment. The response of biosensor on-the-spot survey was accord with the value calculated by the Sauerbrey equation.In the second part, in the preliminary application of DNA analysis, dynamics model and balance model were put forward to explain and analyze the data according to the character of DNA hybridize reaction. In the preliminary application of antigen/antibody analysis, the relationship of mass, viscosity and frequency was discussed according to the biosensor response sign in complex liquid. In immobilized antibody to detect antiserum experiment, the process of antibody binding with antigen could be monitored real-time. There was obviously different between the reaction sign and blank sign. So by means of doing abundance of experiment, improving the performance of the system further, mini piezoelectric biological analyze platform could be widely used in scientific research, food safe, environmental monitoring, and clinical medicine et al.
