The theory of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is based on the Theory of Contact Management originated in the1980's , which aims to collect and systematize all the information of the client and corporation. Continuously development closely 20 years, Client's relationship is evolved a suit of integrated administration theory. By means of the Internet Web technique, CRM system becomes one of the extending administrations in the business administration system. It breaks through the border of district and message exchange between the distinct businesses and business organization, achieves the fast response of the client's demands as well as assists the business to remove the middle segment in the market, cuts down response duration and descends the cost of market.Intelligence distributed computing is a new but key technique of the network age, Mobile Agent who mixed together artificial intelligence and the distributed computing techniques will become the significant component of distributed computing . Mobile Agent (Mobile Agent abbreviate MA and also be called such transportable Agent or itinerant Agent) is one of particular Agent, except for the most basic characteristics of the intelligent Agent: feedback, Self-government, Object direction and acclimatization, still have the transferability ,it can move from one computer to another in order to complete the mission which assigned. Mobile Agent shall descend network load, lift the communication effectiveness, support the snap operation, adapt to the network environment. It has secure quality and the fault-tolerance capability. Used to CRM Mobile's, the Agents technique may not only support a series of individualization services for the consumer and business, butalso bring CRM into intelligent age. Emphasis of this paper is placed on the research of a framework and implement methods of the Customer Relationship Management system based on Mobile Agents.
