Therefore, the study serious game application in education teaching practice has the extremely vital significance.This topic through to the game in the teaching of learning software application of existing problems and reasons and puts forward the practical course of game type support design of software, learn to solve game type teaching application software on learning, in order to improve the teaching quality and teaching efficiency in middle school.This topic in the students' knowledge and consolidate the important link to game, with the guidance of serious game design, Flash development platform, this paper discusses the practice and the middle school chemistry disciplines serious game learning software design and development, and will develop software in high school students to try and get the relevant practice after the trial data processing and analyses thorough research, on the basis of the graduation thesis and graduation design examples.
