Research On Cultivating University Students' Enterprise Consciousness

The raising of enterprise consciousness belongs to the enterprise education category,the enterprise education is one methodology system of enterprising practise,is also the intermediary domain of education thoughts and practice.As a new kind of education thought that is an inovation, the same as the current emphasis's education,it has great of significances to guiding the direction of advanced education reform..Leading and encouraging university graduates to seek job in grass-roots place and carve out which is a great project,the importance of this project is to strengthen the enterprise education.The first step is to help university students set the enterprise consciousness.Only set up intense enterprise consciousness,university students can constantly innovate and carve out.Cultivating the enterprise consciousness is the necessary measure which can relax the pressure of seeking job,is the need to develop oneself in the market-economy condition and is the necessary require of talent adapting to knowledge-economic time.The theory of enterprise education is the guidelines.Taking literature method, questionnaire-investigating method and interview method to investigate southwest university students realizes the state of enterprise consciousness,then to interview the dean,teachers and counselors of recruit-occupation department in order to realize the state of cultivating enterprise consciousness,which is to find out the problems and reasons,then put forward the measures of solving problems.The research about enterprise education is very abundant,which settles the firm base,but the research about how to cultivate the enterprise consciousness is seldom,the writer hopes to make a bit of dedication in this research filed.This research connects the analysis of theory to the investigation,then finds out the new problems existing this field and reasons,put forwards to the method to adapt to the nowadays society development.The attains of questionnaire and interview are the first-hand information,which is very helpful to finding out and solving these problems.It is very important to cultivating university students' enterprise consciousness through the enterprise education,but university students improve the innovation and enterprise consciousness by themselves which is more important,and transfer passiveness to activeness is in favor of strengthening themselves' ideal of enterprise.Due to the limitation of writer's theory level and seeking information,writer can not analyse deeply,but in the future I will work hard to research this field.
