This paper consists of seven components, which were an introduction, thehanges in national education and family, the reform of national education andchool, the develoPment of national education and society, the problem of beingn the national education and the trendcy of the development and conculsionando on.In introduction, it tells us the purpose of the topic which is chosen, thegeneral things of research and the metheds of research.In the first chapter, it analyzis the trendcy of the development of familytructure, which have been an increasing number of nuclear families, and theiving condition and the change of family members. It explains the educationalnvironment of family, through the two aspects which the traditional Mongolianamilies and family for studying.In the second chapter, It analyzis the changes in educational reform ofchools, teachers, students. The changes in the system of nationl school inAbagaqi was divided into the early period of reform and the five steps of theeform period. It analyzis the devolopmental situation of teachers and make atatisfical analysis on the number of students and the quality of trainning oftudents, through the two aspects—the knowledge and the change of the roles ofeachers.In the third chapter, it explain's that the nation's traditional cultural heritage isn invaluable resourse. People's cultural activities are an effective way for passingon the cultural heritage. In addition to that, this paper shows the popularity ofnass media by using the local statistics. And it stressed the importance of thedevelopment of modern information technology resourse and the use of advancedneans of communication, and points out that it is a need of social development todtoing a good conbination of traditional and modern times.In the forth chapter, it studing the notron's educational problem from the threeaspects which were family, school, society. It points out that the organicntegration of family, school, society is as well as a general direction ofdevelopment of achieving the notional education community, personel trainningand cultural heritage.
