| The thesis makes a deep research into the present teaching condition of specialty of social sports in Anhui Normal University and discovers lots of problems, using the research methods of document exploration, questionary convey and symbolic statistics, etc.At present, the specialty of social sports is offered in Anhui Normal University, Huaibei Coal Industry Teachers' College, Huainan Teachers College, Huangshan University and Chaohu college. The research toward these five educational institutions indicates that : I the aim and scope of specialty of social sports in these teaching educational institutions are really similar. The fixed position of the major is not so clear and exact. We haven't made full use of the present resources and the advantages of the colleges' location to reflect the teaching features in this major, what is more, some colleges still judge the training of the qualified personnel in educational sports major as the aim of the specialty of social sports. II the curriculum system is not so scientific and accurate. The distribution of the courses does not work well, therefore, such aim in educating qualified personnel can not achieve easily. III the shortage of specialized sports arena influences the rational arrangement of courses and restricts the students' development in major special ability. IV the shortage of teachers in this specialized course and the disadvantages of the total knowledge structure can not meet the demand of the major's development. V the practice base is not enough and the students are not able to gain sufficient chances to practice themselves, as a result, they are weak in both social adaptability and competitive power of hunting jobs. VI the phenomena that students are in ruffled mood, have no clear self-judgment and unpractical employment standpoint is existing widely. VII the level of the economy and social development in Anhui province is low and the sports industry dose not develop highly, as a result ,the demand for the qualified personnel of the sports major is not great in job market, leading to a situation in which it is not easy the sport majors in educational institutions to find job. As a result, this situation restricts the virtuous development of specialty of social sports in educational institutions. This article, on the basic of investigation, introduces several measures to solving those practical problems: I every colleges should establish scientific target for the qualified personnel from specialty of social sports according to the actuality of the region, economy and the social development as well as the features of the school. II schools should also optimize the curriculum program, build an suitable curriculum system of major subjects and subsidiary subjects for qualified personnel and enlarge the proportion between academic curriculum and subject curriculum relating closely to the practice of social sports. III it is necessary to establish a practical plan for training teachers and bring in lots of qualified personnel. Meanwhile, training the available qualified personnel is also crucial. IV colleges ought to consolidate the practice of professional education and improve the construction of the teaching practice base in community and the unit of enterprise, which provide a stable stage for students to join in the social practice. V the supervisory work of profession practice should be enhanced, perfecting the evaluation system of teaching practice step by step. VI student's ideological education of their profession should be improved Meanwhile it is crucial to change the traditional idea of choosing job. VII the responsible department in the university should strengthen the macro-control and pay more attention to the majors' construction, insisting in developing the "intensive education". VI the involved government department should formulate certain policies vigorously to offer more chances and environment for the graduate in specialty of social sports, constructing a many-sided nice environment for the development of social sports specialty. |
