| With the establishment of socialist market-oriented economy system and the transformation of enterprises mechanism, enterprise kindergartens are separated from enterprise to be independent economical entities that are responsible for their own profits and losses. Enterprise kindergartens are facing some serious problems, which have affected the development of kindergartens. This paper makes an investigation of six enterprise kindergartens in Baiyin City. Based on the analysis, the author points out the facing problems of enterprise kindergartens and countermeasure.This paper adopts both qualitative and quantitative methods, including questionnaire investigation, interview, observation and document analysis.According to investigation and analysis, the author thinks that the enterprise kindergartens are facing the following problems: 1.the rigid running system must be reformed. 2.The internal management system is backward. 3.The budget of kindergartens is short. 4.The quality of teachers should be enhanced. 5.The quality of nursing and teaching must be improved. 6.There is lack of communication between kindergarten and family and community.The author puts forward the following countermeasures. First, the government should take the reform of enterprise kindergartens seriously and define the responsibility of each department, regularize the management of pre-school education market, make a reasonable allotment of budget, modify the charge standard of kindergartens. Second, enterprise should reform the running system gradually, perform contract system by principal of kindergarten or system of share cooperation, enlarge power of decision and give necessary support to kindergartens. Third, the enterprise kindergartens themselves should change ideas, enhance the consciousness of competition, reform the internal management system, train teachers and improve the quality of nursing and teaching, attach importance to the relationship between kindergarten and family and community. |
