Research On The Innovation Of Middle School Management Under Background Of The New Course Reform

With the new course reform carried out, the activities of teaching have changed greatly, which have caused the reform of the school management. The school management is the important protection to ensure the new course reform to be carried out smoothly. In this paper I have done research about the present situation of the educational reform, such as the conditions of our school, our students, our teachers, the train of thought of multiple developments and everybody to grow into useful timber. It is also analyzed a series of requirements and challenges, which the new course reform has brought to the school management. For example we should renew the thought of new course reform and improve the efficiency of school management. The school master should develop the learning organization and make the teacher team work efficiently. Besides, the school master should pay more attention to the inner and outer educational environment as well as build the unique culture of the school. What's more, we should establish the characteristics of the schools and make the schools stronger by all the teachers'scientific research.After all, the educational and course reform is still in the first stage. The leaders lack in advanced and scientific theory and experience to support the reform. The evaluation system of teaching is still restrained at present. The reform is still held back by many aspects like the entrance examination. At the same time, the abilities of teacher vary greatly when exploring and using the books as well as using the teaching models flexibly. The multiple evaluations of the students has brought great barrier to the teachers. Besides, the poor students in study have brought great difficulties to the reform. The contents and structures of course in junior and senior school cannot be connected well. The capabilities of accepting the new course differ a lot. The students in the countryside and cities also differ a lot. All the above factors will decide whether the reform can be carried out smoothly.The educational reform will be carried out when we constantly study and explore. During the course, some advantages and disadvantages will turn up in process. The school management will face a lot of new problems and new difficulties. Therefore, I hope we can conclude more and more good experience. The school operators will think more about the problems brought up in educational and course reform in order to put forward more good measures and approaches to the new course reform and innovation.
