| Secondary vocational education is an important component of our national education system, and it bears a mission of training a lot of high-quality workers and skilled personnel for the country. As a fundamental education in school education, moral education is an important way to strengthen and improve the construction of ideological and moral character of minors. For a long time, however, the result of moral education is not ideal in secondary vocational schools. The teacher-based moral idea and moral indoctrination approach make the students'knowledge of the code of ethics stay only in the cognitive level so that the students are unable to transform the code of ethics into the inner moral emotion, moral will and moral behavior. This situation is caused by many reasons. The writer think one of which is that the students always accept the moral knowledge and moral values in a passive position, and are lack of subjectivity and participation, experience, reflection and choice as well. However, the eventual formation of moral character takes the"internalization"as its goal, and it is subject to the autonomy construction to achieve the goal. Therefore, it has become a real and pressing issue to strengthen the autonomy construction of ideological and moral character of secondary vocational students. In view of this, as a head teacher or moral education teacher in a secondary vocational school, the writer hope to explore the influencing factors and implementation strategy of the ideological and moral construction of secondary vocational students in this paper, so as to provide a new thinking to moral education in secondary vocational schools.The research methods of this paper consist literature study method, lessons learned method, educational observation method, and case study method. It intends to make the systematical, comprehensive and intensive analysis, research and discussion in multi-dimension and multi-level on the basic content, theoretical basis, influencing factors and implementation strategies of the autonomy construction of ideological and moral character of secondary vocational students. Addition to the introduction, the paper is divided into four chapters:The first chapter firstly defines the concept of autonomy construction and puts forward that the"autonomy construction of ideological and moral character of secondary vocational students"means: the secondary vocational students develop and construct their own ideological and moral system through a series of thinking process on the basis of active practical activities in and out of class. In order to distinguish from general secondary schools, the paper proposes the objective condition of the autonomy construction of ideological and moral character of secondary vocational students. And then the paper analyzes five characteristics of the autonomy construction of ideological and moral character of students, subjectivity, sociability, practicality, and selectivity. Finally, the paper proposes two major types of autonomy construction of ideological and moral character: implicit and explicit autonomy construction.The second chapter mainly makes the analysis from three points six aspects: the"the internal cause is the root of change and development"and"practice makes cognition"in Marxist philosophy,"Constructivism Theory"and"law in the formation and development of people's ideological and moral"in psychology, and the thought of"Subject Education"and"Activity Approach"in pedagogy. It provides a theoretical support to the key point that the"ideological and moral system of students is initiatively built on the basic of subjectivity of students in activities."The third chapter analyzes the influencing factor of autonomy construction of ideological and moral character of secondary vocational students in details from internal cause and external cause. The internal focus on the"lack of initiative in the moral formation of students"and"psychological instability of students"; and the external mainly analyses the influencing factors of the autonomy construction of ideological and moral character of students from schools and teachers, society, and families, to be proposed the corresponding solutions to the fourth chapter.The fourth chapter presents the corresponding practical strategy for the autonomy construction of ideological and moral character of secondary vocational students against the former influencing factors. That is to actively take part in various activities, access to moral cognition and cohere moral feelings; to form the moral beliefs through the processing of a variety of thinking patterns; to be strong, be untied of knowing-doing and develop orthodox ethical behavior; to educate people with the effort of whole society, work together and mobilize all forces to create a favorable external condition. |
