Among different cultural judgments about 1980's modern fine arts in China, there is always a view that claiming it was a replay about hundred years of Weatern modern are history. In fact, Chinese modern & contemporary art, both have their own unique historical and cultural background and ideological resources, but also made many original contributions to the entire human and art culture. This article attempts to put "AMoy Dada" which is the the most radical group in "the 1985 Art Trend"into the Intellectual History's skeleton since the May 4th New Culture Movement and the the "rebellious"history since the 20 century. This paper argues that:the radical ideas as a "totalistic antitraditionalism "which been described by Contemporary historians about the May 4th New Culture Movement, actually is an "anti-institution"movement. Here, the concept of "institution" is not only in the sense of "the institution of literature" that Jacques Derrida pointed out,but also in the means of what he calls the "text". Thus,we can explain why the beginning of a literary movement, eventually leading to a political campaign;also can explain why the May 4th New Culture Movement are a kind of truly radicalism. This text deem"the 1985 Art Trend" which has been discussed as "westernization" and"imitation"carry on a "anti-institution"of the radical context from the May 4th New Culture Movement after seven years. The depth of" Anti-institution" is "AMoy Dada"'s essence and value. With such depth, "AMoy Dada" become the most profound and thorough criticism and reactionary. The "AMoy Dada"'s thinking are also closely related with "Dada" movement which in the history of Western modern art (the New Culture Movement is almost the same period)and Duchamp's "institutional critique". As a bout of contemporary Chinese art movement, "AMoy Dada"rooted in the broader history of ideas and art history background. This text specific analysis how does "AMoy Dada" as a knot point, and how does it's pivotal figure Yongping Huang reexplore the resources from the Intellectual History and Western modern art history, besides by stepping on stones of this, try to probe into his creation and a series of radical thinking about some common questions such as the relationship of Art and Life.
