| Because of their special stage, which is called" break milk period", peer relationship has become the main interactive groups after parents for junior. Experiments from primate and related research have proved, bad peer relationship will cause difficulty in society adaptation, so it is meaningful to improve junior's peer relationship.Although the studies of peer relationship have made some achievements, but the systematic and comprehensive are not enough. Most studies are theory or related study, there are practice studies since 1990's, but most counsellings for bad peer relations start from individual, they are all not pay attention to the whole environment of children.This study use grade one and two of junior students as participants, each set an experiment class and an control class, investigation of the Children social distance scale, each selecting 5 participants. This study lead into family systemic therapy theories, carry on the counselling from the whole environment level (class and family) and the individual level. Including: Carry on eight group counsellings to the whole class;Carry on six group counsellings to participants;Inviting parent to join in the group counsellings;Ordinary teaching activities from teacher's level; The researcher also carry on individual counsellings through face talk, net chat, telephone talk etc.This study use Children social distance scale, Attitude evaluation scale, Counselling movable investigate questionnaire,SCL-90 as measures, use before - after comparison method, and get use of quantity and quality estimate, process and other estimate, case study methods for assessment. This study makes treatment for data by SPSS 11.5.Conclusion is as follows:1.Various of counselling way (class group counselling, group counselling and individual counselling etc.) combine together to improve the bad social distance is effective. 2.Group counselling is effective to improve the bad social attitude.3.Inviting parent to join in the counselling have assistance function to improve the junior's bad peer relationship.4.Group counselling is effective to improve the bad social distance between heterosexual students.5.The effect of improveing the bad social distance exist grade difference between heterosexual students, they don't show obviously in improveing the bad social distance between girls and boys in grade two. |
