Objective: With the purpose to looking for an economical, convenient and effective indicators for early laboratory screening, and to evaluate the high-risk groups of venous thrombosis patients, as well as to prevent and reduce the disability and mortality rate induced by the disease of DVT, at the same time to give clinical proposal for DVT treatment, we measured the plasma level of soluble endothelial protein C receptor (sEPCR), protein C, protein S by ELISA method.Method: 44 VTE patients suffered from deep vein thrombosis and 44 healthy volunteers without any disease were selected. 3ml blood was drawing from the cubital vein and kept in 3.8% Sodium citrates test tubes. All the sample were centrifuged at 3000r/min for 10 minutes, separated the upper layer in 1.5ml Eppendorf tubes, cryopreservated in -20℃refrigerator. Human soluble endothelial protein C receptor (sEPCR), protein C and protein S levels were detected by ELISA method. The standard curve was drawn with the concentration of the standard material in the kit as vertical axis and its detected OD value as the abscissa. SPSS 13.0 statistical software was used to establish a standard curve and equation with multiple linear regressions. Then according to the equation and the values of samples to find the corresponding concentrations, multiplied by the dilution factor. T-test was used for comparison between groups. P <0.05 for the significance level.Results:1 The expression of sEPCR level in DVT patients was 143.27±10.70 ng/ml, higher than the normal control group 103.91±14.56ng/ml. There was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).2 The expression of PC level in DVT patients was 2.46±0.98μg/ml, lower than the control group which was 6.48±1.19μg/ml. There was significant difference between DVT group and control group (P<0.05).3 Plasma PS level in DVT patients was 22.73±5.61μg/ml, lower than the control group which was 32.18±5.06μg/ml. There was significant difference between DVT group and control group (P<0.05).Conclusions:1 Plasma sEPCR levels was higher in DVT patients, which could increase the risk of individuals suffering from DVT.2 Plasma PC, PS levels were lower in DVT patients than normal control group, which could increase the risk of individuals suffering from DVT.
