The Experimental Study On The Effection Of Qingyingtang On Heart Failure-Heat Excess And Yin Deficiency In Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: TO create animal model of heart failure-Heat excess and Yin deficiency in the rat and observe the effect of Qingyintang on heart mechanics of animal model, then give an basement for scientific research and clinic application of the heart failure.Metods: one hundred—eight adult male Wistar were randomly divided into six groups . The rat of control group (n=8) were not administrated, the model groups (n= 100 ) of heart failure - Heat excess and Yin deficiency received two subcutaneous injections of isoproterenol (ISO) and throxine. three treated groups were gave isoproterenol (ISO), throxine and qingyingtang - the lower dose group , the middle dose and the higher dose group . To determine the rat heart mechanics through the left heart drive pipe technology after 15days treatment .Results: 1.Compared with the control group, LVSP, dp/dtmax in model group was siginificantly higher and LVEDP lower (p<0.01), HR, Vpm, the T value didn't show obvious difference.2. Compared with the model rat, the middle dose and the higher dose group can obviously improve their LVSP (p<0.01), dp/dtmax (p< 0.01), remarkable rise and LVEDP (p<0.01), - dp/dpmax(p<0.01) value and the T value obvious drop obvious decrease.
