| Objective 1)To explore whether the ischemic post-conditioning would reduce renal ischemic-reperfusion injury in rats.2)To preliminarily study the mechanism of ischemic post-conditioning's effect on renal ischemic-reperfusion injury. Methods 1)Forty-five male adult wistar rats were randomly assigned to one of 3 groups: sham operation group(n=15); ischemic-reperfusion group(n=15); ischemic post-conditioning group(n=15). All groups have been resected right renal. All groups, except sham operation group, were subjected to 60 min of occlusion. Then ischemic-reperfusion group was opened blood circulation immediately; reperfusion was initiated for 10 s followed by 10 s of reocclusion, repeated for six cycles(2 min total intervention) in ischemic post-conditioning group. 2 hours,12 hours and 24 hours after operation in sham operation group, left renal was excised; in other groups,2 hours,12 hours and 24 hours after reperfusion, left renal was excised, five rats per time in every group. Immunohistochemical histological techniques were used to evaluate E-selectin and intercellular adhesion molecule-1 expression,... |
