| Florfenicol (Florfenicol, FF) is a new kind of chloramphenicol animal antibiotic. the special are antibacterial spectrum, safe, efficient, etc. In veterinary medicine has a good application prospect. Florfenicol has embryonic toxicity and resistance in animal tissues ,the residual causes serious damage consumer health and safety,so it is necessary to establish a convenient, reliable residue detection methods. This study detected pork florfenicol and its main metabolites florfenicol amine residue with high performance liquid chromatographic method, discussion of sample extraction, purification and residue analysis method and the actual samples for testing.Pork sample extracted by acetone, water, acetonitrile after homogenate.crude extract was been evaporatetodryness ,dissolved,cleansed and detected by HPLC.We got the following results from this study. In 10~1000ng/g range, concentration and peaks had good linear relationship,the linear regression coefficient reached 0.999. on 0.05,0.5 and 2.0μg/g add levels, the average recovery of Florfenicol was between 78.9%-104.8% in the samples.Coefficient of variation within one day was 4.3%-10.9%,Daytime variation coefficient was between 2.4%-5.6%. The average recovery of Florfenicol amine was between 79.3%-104.2%, Coefficient of variation within one day between 4.7%-13.4%,Daytime variation coefficient between 2.2%-4.0%. The detection limit of Florfenicol was 8μg/kg the loq was 25μg/kg. the Florfenicol amine's was 12μg/kg,the loq was 40μg/kg. All of them accord with the analysis of veterinary drug residue. |
