| The quantity of deer feeding in JiLin province is biggest to other province in china. In our county, the purpose of feeding deer is main to get velvet, so the high velvet yield always is paid more attention in deer feeding. At Shuang Yang city in JiLin province, soka deer is first breeding varieties in china, the characterizations of crude feed tolerance and high velvet yield, are accepted by raising households. In this study, the potential molecules related to high velvet yield were mined in Shuang Yang soka deer.The Insulin-like growth factorâ… (IGF-â… )and Insulin-like growth factorâ…¡(IGF-â…¡)was studied.â‘ the polymorphisms in IGF-â… gene promoter region and exon 2 were detected by PCR-SSCP, the results shown that there were polymorphisms in five pair of primer, the polymorphism sites were positioned by gene cloning and sequencing, the genotype frequencies and allele frequencies were analysized, and the predominant genotypes were identified. One microsatellite locus was identified in this region.â‘¡the full length mRNA of IGF-â…¡was cloned by RACE, and submitted into Genbank.â‘¢the 3'UTR region polymorphisms of IGF-â…¡-was tested by PCR-SSCP, the result shown there was only one polymorphism site in this region.The results:â‘ There were four genotypes AA, AB, BB and CC in primer P1 locus, the predominant genotype was BB. There were three genotypes AA, AB and BB in primer P2 locus, the predominant genotype was AA. There were three genotypes AC, BB and BC in primer P3 locus, the predominant genotype was BB. There were two genotypes AA and BB in primer P4 loci, the predominant genotype was AA. There were two genotypes AA and BB in primer P8 locus, the predominant genotype was AA. One microsatellite polymorphism data analysis shown genotype frequency was AA:50(0.806). AB:12(0.194). alleie frequency was A:112(0.903).
