The behavior of phosphate fertilizer and manure on soils with different phosphorus levels was studied by incubating experiment. The effect of phosphate fertilizer and manure on soil test phosphorus with environment concern and properties of phosphorus sorption and desorption was studied. Parameters of sorption and desorption were obtained from Langmuir isotherm by incubating experiment; in order to discuss factor that have effect on soil test phosphorus with environment concern and parameters of phosphorus sorption and desorption. The results were as follows:On soils with different phosphorus levels, with the increase of the amount of phosphate fertilizer, maximum P sorption(Qm), max buffering capacity(MBC), phosphorus fixation ratio decreased while organic matter, water soluble phosphorus(WSP), bioavailable phosphorus(BAP), readily desorbable phosphorus(RDP), degree of phosp-horrus sorption saturation(DPSS), phosphorus desorption ratio increased; compared with no manure maximum P sorption(Qm), max buffering capacity(MBC) decreased while water soluble phosphorus(WSP), bioavailable phosphorus(BAP), readily desorbable phosphorus (RDP), degree of phosphorus sorption saturation(DPSS), phosphorus desorption ratio increased after applying manure. Compared with no manure organic matter of soils increased after applying manure; the half processed manure was more effective than processed manure. With the phosphorus level increasing, maximum P sorption (Qm), max buffering capacity (MBC), phosphorus fixation ratio decreased while organic matter, water soluble phosphorus(WSP), bioavailable phosphorus(BAP), readily desorbable phosphorus (RDP), degree of phosphorus sorption saturation(DPSS), phosphorus desorption ratio increased. Phosphorus fixation ratio increased while water soluble phosphorus(WSP) decreased in the course of time.Water soluble phosphorus(WSP), bioavailable phosphorus(BAP), readily desorbable phosphorus(RDP), degree of phosphorus sorption saturation(DPSS), phosphorus desorption ratio had positive correlation with Olsen-P while maximum P sorption(Qm), max buffering capacity(MBC) had negative correlation with Olsen-P. Amount of increasing WSP, BAP, RDP, phosphorus desorption ratio by one unit increased by increasing phosphate fertilizer or increasing phosphorus levels on soils. The phosphorus level of soils is one of the main factors that effect the phosphorus with environment concern.Olsen-P, DPSS, phosphorus desorption ratio had positive correlation with organic matter, Qm, MBC had negative correlation with organic matter. Organic matter is one of the main factors that have effect on properties of phosphorus sorption and desorption.
