Study On Benefits Of Agroforestry Ecosystems In Purple Soil Area

Population increases, resource poverty, energy shortage , staple food supply lacking proper care , environmental pollution, economic crisis severely, it is six major difficult problems of perplexing development of countries all over the world. Agroforestry shows new hope in resolving cultivated land reducing, resource shortage, making the best of light, heat and land, bring into play the function of growing the mutual benefit and increasing the production. It is based on bio-economics theory, trying to harmonize the inconsistency between population, resource and environment, realizing the unification of economic, biological and social benefits, and it is the most quomodo of land use in farming and hill section. In this paper, agroforestry ecosystems are studied by field observation, local investigation and indoor analysis, economic, biological and social benefits of agroforestry ecosystem are analyzed, and comprehensive benefits is evaluated. Through discussing the best mode of this given terrain and extend it, surface runoff can be accommodated, soil and water loss can be controlled, soil fertility can be increased, and microclimate condition can be improved, all of which will abate the inconsistency between the most population and the small land and promote sustainable development. The study results show:(1) Agroforestry ecosystem can control soil and water loss, the quantity of surface runoff and soil loss is less than pure farming ecosystem and pure forestry ecosystem clearly. The effect is different as the dissimilar structure, Grapefruit—Radix Puerariae ecosystem ' s effect is prominent, then is Grapefruit—Edible Amaranth system, while Grapefruit—Corn system is not perfect at all ,never so such as the pure system of grapefruit land.(2) The effect of soil improving is different in diverse agroforestry ecosystems.
