It is far away from the big city with the industry area and is not suffered any pollution, so it becomes the important merchandise fish base in Inner Mongolia because of it's abundant and wild fresh water fish resources. The fishes in the lake have great nutritional and economic value and are very popular to people. The main species in Dalai Lake contains Carassius auratus gibelio(Bloch); Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus; Esox americanus Gmelin; Leuciscus waleckii (Dybowski) and so on, other fishes are seldom. During the long-term natural choices, this wild fishes community developes very strong orientation to the native cool environment. But in resent years, fish resources in Dalai lake has reduced repidly, especially some fishes are already on the threshold of extinguishion because of excessively catching. So lucubrate to the fishes in it shoud be processed in order to protect fishes resources. The preceed research of fishes in Dalai Lake are limited only in breeds temperament and ecologies, the further research on biochemical characteristics and genetics is few and not systemic. In this paper, the Lactate dehydrogenase, malate dehydrogenase, superoxide dis-mutase of five tissues of Carassius auratus gibelio(Bloch); Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus; Esox americanus Gmelin; Leuciscus waleckii (Dybowski) in Dalai Lake were studied by vertical polypropylene gel electrophoresis and the isozyme composion of four kinds of fishes were obtained. Then the analysis of the expressing specify of 3 kinds of isozyme in different tissues and loci were carried on and the genetic base of isozyme system was discussed. The result showed that: tissue-specificity exitted in 3 kinds of isozyme of 4 kinds of fishes in Dalai Lake. This study provided valuable biochemical characteristics data of genetics for analysis of heredity diversity and more study of fishes in the lake. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Dalai Lake, Tissue distributions, Carassius auratus gibelio(Bloch), Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus, Esox americanus Gmelin, Leuciscus waleckii (Dybowski), Lactate dehydrogenase, Malate dehydrogenase, Superoxide dismutase, loci, Genetic resourse of fresh fish | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
