| This study takes these Taxus chinensis var.mairei which is grade One of national key protective plant and Camptotheca acuminate which is Grade Two of national protective plant two plants as objective species and manually collocates to arbor and shrub compound communities. is edificatory, Taxus chinensis var.mairei and Rosmarinus officinalis L.are subordinate. The upright structure of aboveground and underground of Camptotheca acuminate, Taxus chinensis var.mairei and Rosmarinus officinalis L.,establishes compound communities.Photosynthes is character, secondary metabolism and the relation with environmental factors, biomass character, the utilization in three-dimensional space of community, setting of life cycle forms are all investigated, directional culturing measure of man-made compound community of Camptotheca acuminate. was fixed finally, it is significant both in theory and practice.This study results indicate that:After manually collocating, soil condition has been improved, Camptotheca acuminate and Taxus chinensis var.mairei photosynthesis velocity increased. There is no difference of the maximun photosynthesis velocity and compensation point between solid culturing and truebred in Rosmarinus officinalis L. General analysis showed that Rosmarinus officinalis L has higher compensation point, the next one is Camptotheca acuminate, and Taxus chinensis var.mairei is the lowest, indicated that Taxus chinensis var.mairei is hygrophilous but Camptotheca acuminate and Rosmarinus officinalis L are yerophious, which is the theoretical basis of Camptotheca acuminate as the shield condition ofTaxus chinensis var.mairei.On the hand of secondary metabolism, camptothecin content peak value appeared in August to October and the average content is 0.86‰ in solid area, 0.80‰in Camptotheca acuminate area, camptothecin content is higher in mixed forest than in Camptotheca acuminate simple Area. Taxol content of Taxus chinensis var.mairei appeared peak value in September and the average content is 0.162‰ in solid area, 0.104‰ in Taxus chinensis var.mairei area, it is higher in solid area than in Taxus chinensis var.mairei simple area.With the biomass, the sum biomass is 5.543kg/m~2 in solid area, 1.948kg/m~2 in Taxus chinensis var.meirei simple area which less than a half of that in solid area, 3.2kg/m in Camptotheca acuminate simple area, and 2.79kg/m~2 in Rosmarinus officinalis L simple area. The results illuminated that biomass achieved most value in solid mixed planting, meanwhile the soil could be utilized most efficiently.With the three-dimensional space utilization, the utilization ratio is 29.4% in No.1 solid area, 17.09% in Taxus chinensis var.mairei area, 10.06% in Camptotheca acuminate area and11.25% in Rosmarinus officinalis L area. The three species three-dimensional space utilization ratio underground which is 13.36% got the most efficient in No.l solid area, and 9.42% in Camptotheca acuminate area, 2.60% in Rosmarinus officinalis L., 1.51% in Taxus chinensis var. mairei. It indicated that three-dimensional space structure could get the aboveground and underground utilized most widely.The three-dimensional planter area organic content is bigger than the purebred planter area. Indicated three-dimensional mixes hands over the disposition, increased the soil organic content. In September three-dimensional plants 1 area organic content is 3.2%.
