In the poultry feed approximately has 60-80% phosphorus exist in the stable phytate-phosphate compound, and phosphorus is the major phosphate storage compound in the plant organization. Since the digestive tract of monogastric animals including pigs and poultry lacks phytate-phosphate that the feed cannot be used by these animals . The phytase gene was inducted in the cassava to take the feed by the block root of cassava that can be used by these animals and thus reduced phosphorus pollution which creates to the environment. So that we carried out the experimental study.(1) One cassava expression vector phytase phyA gene was constructed by using plant expression vector PBI121 as vector and CaMV35S and NOS-mer as promorter and terminator.(2) This experiment has established the cassava tissue culture regeneration system through two ways: one kind is through axillary buds or the terminal bud of cassava turn into the small adult plant; another kind with axillary buds or the terminal bud inducted callus, and regenerated the new adult plant. The result showed that the callus growth and their differentiationrate was to be very low, only about 20%, ill uses in the transformation acceptor system of cassava. So we can use the first method.(3) The cassava fuxuan 01 were transformed with the phyA gene by Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation fuxuan 01, altogether obtained 24 Kanamycin-resistant plants that were regenerated , respectively PCR detection and PCR-Southern hybridization analysis of plants revealed that we had got 7 cassava fuxuan 01 transgenic plants. It is clear about cassava is allowed to obtain improvement this variety through the biological technology method. The new improve- ment cassava variety strategy provides the theory reference, thus uses in to cultivate the new cassava idioplasm.
