With the rapid development of the transport industry,the social circulations of goods and personal travel demand have been satisfied greatly.At the same time it brought many serious problems,such as traffic congestion,frequent accidents and traffic environment degradation.Aiming at the safety problem of urban traffic,this paper focuses on the road traffic accident emergency assistance system. Gridization management theory and technology are used in the study to conduct a comprehensive analysis.At present,China's urban road traffic accident emergency assistance system has many grave problems,such as poor information deliver,disordered management and uneven distribution.Gridization management lets complex systems have a lot of advantages,for instance,information integration,resources sharing,operation synergies, and so on.This paper puts a new idea to our country urban road traffic accident rescue work by introducing advanced gridization management thought into road assistance system.Firstly,according to the entire contrast between China and other country's road assistance system,the paper sums up present problems about China's urban road traffic accident assistance system.The feasibility and superiority of gridization management application in the road assistance field are proved by the results of theoretical study. Secondly,the paper builds an urban road traffic accident emergency assistance system based on gridization management theory.Its functions and characteristics will be discussed.Thirdly,in order to make this new system work in reality,its implementation foundation will be described in the paper.The article designs an assistance resource scheduling model for gridization management system.Finally,the road traffic accident assistance system of Zhengzhou City is researched for demonstrating the superiority of gridization assistance system.
