With the increasing tonnage of ship and the improved automatization level of ship,more and higher power motors and high power semiconductor apparatus are applied on board,the demand to the synchronous alternator excited system of ships is higher and higher.At the same time with the use of the computer and big scale integrated circuit in electric power,the digital excitation regulator has larger used on overland.Howerver,because of the large change of the electricity,the poor environment, and the low price that ship-owners want,the analog excitation regulators are used on most ships.The load is changing when the synchronous alternator is normal.The effect to the synchronous alternator excitation magnetic field is different when the capacity and power factor is different.The internal impedance voltage drop is different.To sustain the voltage of generator stable,we must regulate the excitation all the times, according to the capacity of the quality of load.In multi-vehicle run-time,in order to achieve the distribution of reactive power,we also need to adjust the excitation current. We use automatic voltage regulator(AVR) to adjust the excitation current.The control nuclear of this system is base on the DSP- TMS320F2812 of the TI, and use FFT(Fast Fourier Transform)Collection theory and Fuzzy-PID compound control,transform the voltage-stabilized power supply based on simulate component into a digital one.In this paper,it discussed the theory of FFT collection and Fuzzy-PID compound control.This paper also introduce the design of hardware and software, including AC parameters-collect circuit and process,DC parameters-collect circuit and process,frequency and power-angle collect circuit and process,communication circuit and process and so on in detail.The experiments are completed in marine power station Lab,used the simulator of the TMS320F2812 produced by Beijing RUITAI company,the card of CAN communication produced by Guangzhou ZHOULIGONG company and so on.After the system was completed,the result of experiment was satisfied.
