Rub-impact fault of Turbogenerator are common fault in the operation of the Turbogenerator.Rub-impact fault of accurate diagnosis is great practical importance. Studying on rotor vibration signal and analying vibration characteristics of rotating machinery are an important method for fault diagnosis.When Rub-impact fault of Turbogenerator happen,important information of the fault is often included in the transient signal and mutant signal,the part of the signal corresponds to a higher frequency.Radial rub-impact signal have singularity,the singular points correspond to Rub-impact points.Singular point of making accurate judgments can help recganize the degree of rub-impact fault.In this paper,using simulation experiments and the methods summarized get the rub-impact fault of the time domain,frequency domain and orbit characteristics.Getting rubbing vibration data through simulation experiments,the use of multiresolution wavelet analysis of signals received by multi-scale decomposition,the details of extracting the signal component,to make accurating judgments.Wavelet analysis in the rub-impact fault feature extraction can get very good results.
