| Currently, load of a power generation units increases and reduces frequently, most of the existing coal fired boiler usually adopt routine meter and manpower manual controlling, average thermal efficiency is comparatively low, which bring about large amount of dissipation of the energy sources and the environment contaminating .Need for adapting to economize energy, realize the boiler high-effect combustion and reduce energy consumption is a problem which need solving urgently. Adopt a flame watch and intelligence automation computer technology apply in the coal fired boiler actualize monitoring and control automatically, after realize boiler system automatic control, can make a boiler work safely, reliably, economically, be a premise condition to control system analysis, need calculate the dynamic mathematic model of boiler's relative link at first. We use identification technology to solve the problem.This paper introduced the development and basic theoretical of the system identification, have described the least squares method which is a general arithmetic of system identification. After analysis the characteristic of least squares method and Newton iteration algorithm, the paper give a colligate algorithm which distill their merit, and then separately tested this algorithm under supposed model and actual measurement data. This method has synthesized their merit, make least squares method resist colored noise, simultaneity provided good initial value to Newton iteration algorithm, finally enhance the degree of the model's precision, which have good reality applying value. For further analysis practical application of the algorithm, paper combine the fuel, energy and steam pressure link of boiler unit, using the colligate algorithm identified this links, composed different forms of simulation control system, then compared the dynamic characteristic and advantages of these different systems. |
