In order to make equipment manufacturing industry quickly response to market, and to design product which can satisfy customer's individual requirements with high quality and low cost, it's important to reuse existing information. Mass customization theory was used to enhance information reuse, the design theory and method of full lifecycle of product oriented sharing product platform was researched. Here are the main contents researched:Systematic structure and modeling technology of sharing product platform were studied. On the basis of function requirements of the sharing product platform, function model of the platform was studied. On the basis of analyzing design thought of the platform, systematic structure of the platform and the design flow of product family were established. Modeling technologies of the platform were studied.The full lifecycle oriented character model was studied. On the basis of analyzing the modeling method of the part family, module family and product family, the corresponding information model was established respectively. The SML technology was studied, and on that basis the full lifecycle oriented property model and relationship model of hierarchy's property were established using SML technology.Design and integrated technology of sharing product platform was studied. The main use case diagrams and class diagrams of platform using OOA method were studied. The module's classification rules, method and process were analyzed. The establishing process of GBOM and programming method of product family based on GBOM were studied. On the basis of analyzing the system integrated manner, the integrated relationship between sharing product platform and the system of CAD\PDM\CAPP was studied, the system integrated tactic was referred.Product design based on knowledge and customization technology with sharing product platform were studied. Product knowledge structure and expression method were analyzed, and the knowledge models of part family, module family and product family were established. Mapping relationship of product family model was studied. Product design process based on sharing product platform was referred. Mechanical product remote customization technology based on XML technology was studied.The prototype system of heat exchanger's sharing product platform was designed and developed. Characteristic and designing method of heat exchanger were studied, and the prototype system of sharing product platform supporting heat exchanger's design was developed, including part family management system, module family management system, GBOM management system, product family management and remote customization system of heat exchanger.
