Application Research On BOT Project Management Model

As a new engineering management mould, BOT is paid more and more attention, and is used more and more in engineering project management. As a special kind of construction management mould, BOT has an unique set of operating rules and methods on financing,contracting negotiating,project implementing,construction management,profit distribution,contract disputes resolving and policy formulation. But in some extent, the function of BOT mould is exaggerated and misused. As a result, lots of cases and conflicts arise.So the author has chosen the mechanisms for the implementation of the BOT project management model as the object of study. After expatiating the basic characteristics, the organization structure, the scope of adaption and the operating process of BOT projects ,he choosed each stage of the project operations as the main lines and give a in-depth discussion on the BOT project management mechanism. In the end of dissertation the author gave an application analization by choosing a tipical case of BOT project which is actualizaed by his company.BOT mould adapts to the sosaical and economy development and should be encouraged instead of misused. We should keep a scientific coginition and use it scentificly and creatively.Just as the case in this dissertation, BOT mould widened it's scope of application, from freeway and government project to building construction. Combine with the case,the author pointed out all the emphases which should be paid more attention throughout the whole process of a BOT project. Wish this dissertation will urge more reflection.
