| Magnetic levitation technique was developed in recent years as a new technology and applied widely in the area of aerospace, high-speed rail, magnetic suspension bearing, magnetic suspension isolation, and so on. The research of single degree of freedom (SDOF) magnetic levitation system is the basis for the research of multiple degrees of freedom (MDOF) magnetic levitation system. In this paper, SDOF magnetic levitation system was established as a model, the stability of the magnetic levitation ball system was studied deeply, and the digital control solution of this system was given.In this paper, the magnetic levitation ball system was modeling, and its stability was studied by the MATLAB simulation tools. The PID control solution of magnetic levitation ball system was also designed, and the effect from every link was discussed deeply. Finally, the method to setting PID parameters for the magnetic levitation system was obtained, and the good result was realized.The magnetic levitation digital control system with the core of DSP was designed to solute the inconvenient of adjustment the PID's parameters, and the method of how to design the digital control's hard and soft was reported too. The digital control designed for magnetic levitation ball system was realized by the experiment. The results show that, the digital controller is stable, its adjustment is convenient, the design requirements and the expected simulation are also meted. |
