Research And Development Of Shop Floor Management System Based On Web Service

With the fierce competition among enterprises, they have to have a rapid response to demands of customers and market to win the competition. As the leading software of enterprise information, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system has become a tool of enhancing the level of enterprise management and strengthening the force of competition. Shop floor management (SFM), which is one of the vital challenges for enterprise administration, plays an increasingly important role. So, to develop a SFM system software is of great significance. Service-oriented-idea is the trend of development management system and WebServcie will surely play an important role.This thesis conducted research on the function structure and the realization method of the SFM system and the development of the SFM system based on the Browse/Server structure of web service is also achieved by applying .NET Platform. The detailed contents are as following:1. The frame of the SFM system is designed, and tri-layer structure based on the B/S structure of Web Service is selected as the structure of the system.2. The analysis of requirements, the operation flow and the data flow of the SFM system are completed, and the operation flow chart and the data flow chart of SFM are aslo Designed.3. The database systems of SFM are designed in virtue of the Enterprise Manage Console of Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Based on the flow chart of the operation SFM 's procedures are developed.4. The function of SFM system, after the implementation, is proved to be in good effect as expected. The implementation of the system shows that it is designed reasonably, with a friendly human-machine interface and convenient operationavailable, and is also in good function.
