Design And Realization Of Automatic System In Power Supply Of Huanghua Airport

The higher demand to compositive safeguard ability of airport is advanced along with the great rise of aviation traffic and the increase of scheduled flight density. The reliability of power supply of airport derectly affects the safe and normal work of airport's communication navigation, navaid light and airport lounge's devices. By establishing automatic system in power distribution of airport, the safty and reliability of airport's power supply system can be improved effectively. And the compositive safeguard ability of airport is enhanced.In this article, taking the power supply system of Huanghua International Airport in Changsha of Hunan province, the design and realization of automatic system in power supply of airport is reseached. At first, the contents of power distribution automation and the development actuality of both here and abroad power distribution automation are summarized. The problem implementing power distribution automation currently is pointed out. Various application mode of power distribution automation is discussed. By analyzing the actuality and developing requirement of power distribution net of Huanghua airport in Changsha, the planning construction program of power distribution net is put forward. According to design discipline of'strcture layering, function outline, layout nearing, information collecting and control credibility', the whole strcture of automatic system in power distribution of Huanghua airport is designed. In terms of device condition of airport's transformer substation, the function allocation and technology principle of relay protection, automatic throw-in equipment of emergency power supply, voltage reactive control and supervising system is studied. A specific realizing program of comprehensive automation system for substration of Huanghua airport is designed , by using CSC-2000 comprehensive automation system for substration. In the end, the effect and theory of navaid light in flight area is analyzed. According to international criteria of navaid light, the realizing program of navaid light control system in flight area of Huanghua airport is designed.
