| With the development of the underground engineering, the problem of the soft rock is more and more serious. The stability and the support of the soft rock has become one of the most important issues need to solve. Its deformation has an obvious time effect, in the behave of the quickly deformation velocity in the first time , and it still make develop and change in a more quickly speed after stability. The deformation lasts a time as long as several years sometimes, so it needs an exigent support structure. Using of the moulding lining can not only improve the quality of the engineering but also reduce the cost, and improve the environment of the construction. The used general moulding lining is belong to passive rigid support can't adapt the large deformation of soft rock, so it always makes crack.This paper detailedly considers the mechanism of modeling reinforced concrete lining in the soft rock by the research method of theory analysis, simulated experiment and numerical calculation. The main content is as follows:(1) It explains the definition and classification of soft rock, and the calculation of rock mass parameter combined the project.(2) Based on the mechanism of the interaction between the surrounding rock and the support structure, the effect of support and the stress of surrounding rock are argued under the different mechanics parameters of support and surrounding rock.(3) The thesis detailedly analyses the mechanism of instability of the moulding lining in the soft rock underground engineering commenced in the contact situation between the support and the surrounding rock, the time of support installation and the heaving problems. At the last, it analyses the effect of support under different mechanics parameters and geometry parameters of back-filling layer, and it concludes that combined supporting of moulding concrete and well-back-filling layer in soft weak rock is desirable. |
