The composite structure of rigid-frame and continuous-girder bridge, taking advantage of T rigid-frame and continuous girder, is extensively adopted in multi-span bridge. The rigid frame bridge with twin thin-wall pier minimizes the effect from temperature stress and concrete shrinkage stress. The continuous girder bridge, using longitudinal movable bearings, releases the horizontal force. With the rational mechanical properties, the composite structure of rigid-frame and continuous-girder bridge reaches a solution of smooth deck and subsequent comfortable running without large capacity bearing employed.Based on dead and moving load test in Xi Luodu JIN SHA JIANG RIVER bridge,the thesis focused on design and research of bridge by building up the integrated finite element model with MIDAS/CIVIL a large-scale FEM software.At first,the author considered taking time-dependent effect into shrinkage and creep of concrete. Analyse stress and deformation in construction stage.Then contrast test and emulator to ensure the data is accurate and the FEM software is authentic.The thesies researched vibration, calculated frequency and cycle of bridge. A seismic characteristic of structure was also studied by the response spectrum analysis in the thesis. Therefore, the static, dynamic, and analyzing method of the bridge were comprehensively understood.
