With the development of the economy, the charge of electric net is more and more denser, the demanded reliability of electric net is more and more higher, the supply mode comes to a 'hand by hand' mode step by step. In recent years, the automation technique of electric net plays a important role in controling and protecting aspect with its particular superiority. With the high speed development, the automation technique of electric net faces the new problems, the degree of automation is being higher demanded.The thesis introduces a new monitoring and collecting system of electric power supply for the ring net. It can monitor the electric information of six passages, including active/reactivc/apparent energy, VRMS, IRMS, power factor and etc.. And it can monitor the directions of electric power. The system also can display the electric power values of different months. RS-485 and wireless communication of GSM can realize the interlinkage between the data and electric power information or the charge attemper management system.The system uses PIC series singlechip produced by Microchip Corporation. Special electric power measure chip named ADE7758 produced by AD Corporation is used for the collection of electric power. ADE7758 is a newest production with high precision. LCD can display multifarious real-time information of electric power. The system can realize the time-sharing measure with the time-showing function.By the locale test, it is indicated that the system can satisfy the demand of the electric power supply for the net structure, and the system has passed the test of electric power department in Shan Dong province.In addition, the system can be used in the high precise and time-sharing electric power measure system with different charge, to fit the new demand of time-sharing measure.
