| Since Newton has divided sunlight into seven-color ray, spectrometer has developed about hundreds of years. During this time, the spectroscopic technology has developed greatly. Now, spectroscopic instrument has developed into one kind of sophisticated analysis instruments which take optics as the core and integrate optics, mechanism and electricity as a whole. And it has made great different in such areas as scientific experiment, bio-medicine, national defense and astron.As science and technology develops, we have more requirements at the miniaturization and light weighting of spectrometer in areas of exploration survey, bio-medicine and environmental monitoring and so on. Compared to traditional large-scale spectrometer, minispectrometer has many advantages such as compactness, light-weighting, convenience and low price; at the same time, it is more convenient to use it as photoelectric interface to joint fiber optic probe. Thus, people put more emphasize on the research of minispectrometer.First, this paper looks back the develop history of spectroscopic instrument and analyze the develop circumstance and develop trend. Then on the basis of the construction and principles of dispersive spectrometer, the paper introduces dispersive spectrometer's basic characters such as work spectral region, dispersive index, resolution, luminous intensity and work efficiency. Second, the components of dispersive spectrometer such as dispersive system, imaging system and receiving system as well as characteristic parameter are also introduced. Third, on the basis of theoretical analysis, we choose the symmetrical Czerny-Turner optical path system and use optical design software—ZEMAX to simulate the actual situation of the optical path, and optimize the system to eliminate coma aberration. Fourth, we use linear CCD as detector to collect the signals. The output is transferred and transmitted by MCU. At last we do experiment to measure the characteristic spectral line of low voltage mercury lamp. And the analysis of the experiment results indicates that the design system can realize the design objective. |
