With the continuous development of highway construction in our country, semi-rigid basic unit is widely used in constructing the basic unit or the subbase of first-class highway bituminous pavement because of its intensity, stability and rigidity and so on . The highway roads which have been completed in our country, the semi-rigid basic unit bituminous pavement is above 90%.The semi-rigid basic unit bituminous pavement was still the main pavement structure form in the federal highway branch line construction. The semi-rigid basic unit has its own weakness, such as the existence of reflection crack, internal draining water performance difference, sensitivity to the axle load, the difficulty to maintain the and so on, which due to destroying quality of road surface in early times. In the road pavement structure design, the research has carried out in the flexible pavement, the permanent road surface, the compound road surface domestic and foreign.Inspired from the domestic and foreign first-class highway pavement structure research, at the same time provided basis for the local highway transportation construction, The county township highway department of Dezhou city traffic department organizes to implement, referring the Jinan-Liaocheng highway overhaul project to match the muscle concrete foundation design continuously.
