Study On The Adaptability In Control System Of The Regulatory Detailed Planning

Regulatory detailed planning is the main method to lead the use of urban land and sharp the city space for the government. However, due to kinds of reasons, there still have lots of problems in the practice of planning, and the majority of the urban attempts use single planning techniques cover various cities in the region. As a result, the study on the adaptability in control system of the regulatory detailed planning has become one of the most important tasks.This paper make the regulatory detailed planning system in the different area as the point, then analysis and compare the adaptability through literature research, comparative studies, empirical research methods, and hope to have some revelation to the making of the regulatory detailed planning in china.The dissertation consists of three parts. Part one defines the concept of adaptability in urban planning, analyzes the adaptive factors of the four categories in the regulatory detailed planning. Part two compares the rules of the drawing-up technical of regulatory detailed planning in the eight cities, summarizes the adaptable measures in the different areas. Base on above, the paper raise up a suggestion which can improve the adaptability from the two parts: control index system and control method. That is to start from the design of technical system and to improve the adaptability, which can be adapted to different areas and can be updated on time. Finally, on the basis of the drawing-up requirements in the new edition of "urban planning approach", this paper raised a charted control system which is base on the standard district of plan and open character. And hope to form a certain inspiration to the improvement of the regulatory detailed planning's adaptability.
