Research On The Application Of Sustainable Theory In Architectural Design

With the increasing severity of energy crisis and environment pollution, people realize that the mode of development today may not only bring us many problems, but also restrict development badly. So how to achieve a health sustainable development is the basic question we are confronted with Sustainable development involves every field of social development, including architecture. Because of its important position in national economy and influence on energy and environment, the sustainability of architectural activities become especially more important and architects hear unshirkable responsibility.This paper discusses the particular method to implement the sustainable development theory into architectural designing. In view of different problems at different stage in civil architecture design such as overall planning, scheme planning, construction design etc. and with environmental protection and saving of energy, material, water and land as the content and direction of design, it give and summarize a series of design tactics and optimization measure which become a practical design handbook like a menu. Simultaneously the menu use an open form, so as to be complemented and perfected continuously in the future. In addition, the paper introduces the traditional building experiences of our country, advanced theories of foreign countries and several new ripe technologies. Combined with a concrete rebuilding project, it formerly indicate how to embody the sustainable development theory in atrium, actual engineering design. The design starts with solar energy utilization, rain collection, afforestation, atrium, buffer zone, decoration material and equipment transform, use the original condition as far as possible, and through proper reform, change the original energy-consuming building to an ecological, enviroment-friendly, and energy-saving one.
