The Research Of Twin Towers Design

As one of the most important parts of high-rise building twin towers has its own special characters and superiorities, this thesis tries to summarize some impersonal rules from several constructed cases, and explore the culture and esthetics roots.At first, the thesis gives the concept of twin towers, and begins with some familiar constructed cases in order to give a vivid view of the character and concept. And then the author began to generalize the basic expression and model of twin towers design, analyze the culture and the esthetics signification underside the form of the building. Bases on the entire research conclusions above, this thesis discourse upon the design research of twin towers in FengXian. At last, the author puts forward point of view of twin towers design and considers the problems requiring further studies are discussed.
