As the signal of culture, architecture is the extrinsic carrier of culture. The traditional architecture of china reflects any characters of Chinese traditional culture such as respect for nature, the middlebrow, emphasis on ethic. It's easy to comprehend Chinese traditional culture just by the traditional architecture, the same is for the relation between regional culture and architecture. In this article, we discuss the relation between culture and architecture initially. and then investigate the background of the village and its architecture built to lead to their value and effect to ethic and process of village's development. With distinct clarity we divide up six type of architecture such as ancestral hall, traditional building, imagery, alley, torii and others. After made an explanation for these type of architecture, we sump up its worthiness finally. In this text, we point out that Ming and Qing's architecture in Jiangtouzhou village took on the responsibilities of edification and education which aimed to this villagers. The role of these architectures changed in modern times, transited to guide revival of Clan Culture and lead the village to be affluence.As for the Renaissance of Clan culture, the text indicated that it wasn't a clone of ever in history, but the production what was happened in Chinese modernization as same as regional arousal. Meanwhile, this article portrayed the advantages and shortcomings that Jiangtouzhou village exited when they developed tour, and then we gave any constructive advices. Finality, by the combination of developmental experience in Jiangtouzhou, the author put forward any his own ideas on the development of ancestral temple,architecture,Ming and Qing Empery's Architectural Culture of Jiangtouzhou village in modern times.
