Known as "blue sky anthracite" wind resource is a resource which will not produce any polluting renewable energy. Back in ancient times mankind began using wind, the most perfect scheme of utilizing wind-energy is to transform wind-energy to electric-energy and then send it to the mains. As the best technical scheme at the present time, AC generator is used for wind-energy generation with variable-speed and constant-frequency. Because it operates in large range of speed and with the best utilization factor of wind-energy, the system becomes direction for wind-energy generation.Variable speed and constant frequency wind power alternating generation system to look from the electrical angle, it including alternator, electrical energy control system. In this paper alternator is the asynchronous generator, the electrical energy control system uses the matrix converter, studies based on the matrix form converter asynchronous variable speed wind power generation technology, through research variable speed wind power generation technology, analysis matrix converter double space vector modulation theory, use matrix converter power factor controllable principle, Utilize asynchronous machine electrically operated and electricity generation principle, proposes set of plans, also carries on the phase-lock to the input voltage to control the input current vector, transports the constant frequency and constant voltage the electrical energy to the power network; Produces the voltage space vector control asynchronous machine with the slip frequency control algorithm, .In the low wind speed, wind power technology can change with the wind in operation to maintain the best tip-speed ratio to get maximum wind-power。At high Wind-speed according to the change of wind-speed, It release or save some energy, which improve driving system of s flexible, more stable power output.First the matrix converter double space vector modulation is simulated on the MATLAB, It confirms the double space vector modulation feasibility, then the matrix converter experiment prototype is studied and made, Direct-current motor drives asynchronous generator instead of Wind turbine. The plan which proposed with this article through the matrix converter control asynchronous machine, succeeds to the electrical network power transmission. Simulation and experimental research, which not only has the conventional variable-speed wind-power generation ability to get maximum wind power, broad scope of the operation rotational speed advantages, but can be achieved in the double-vector PWM natural soft coming in power-net, meritorious and non-credit adjustment, check harmonics, reducing switching losses, and improve efficiency.
