| The anchoring force is an important characteristic working index of soil anchor. It's meaningful to reduce the cost of construction and expand the usable range, with the increasing of anchoring force of a single soil anchor. Nowadays, end expansion soil anchor is in common use. It utilizes machine cutting to partly expand the diameter of anchor hole in soil. With the development of expansion technology, the use of end expansion anchor becomes wider and wider. Various of anchor machines, which are effective in improving the anchoring force, have been invented and used in practical constructions.This paper simply introduces the principle and development of end expansion anchor, and its research and usage in and abroad. It also introduces some representative devices, including its working principles, usable ranges and applies in practices. The paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the devices, in order to improve the design to suit the needs in practice.Through comprehensive analyzing, it obtains the conclusion that all this devices have common problems in controlling the device, guaranteeing the quality, etc. These problems limit the use of anchor in constructions, which calls for new style of soil anchor to solve the problems. In this way, KC-1 expansion device is invented, which is more effectively in construction and can be easily controlled.The mechanics calculation of KC-1 expansion device was taken on and some changes was made on the base of the definition of constructional design and dimension. It finally passed the examination successfully, which proved the feasibility of KC-1 expansion device. |
