With the development of computer science, the original analogy industry process control gradually is substituted by the digital computer control. The traditional electric machinery experiment system take MCU and DSP as the control core, it is difficult to practice the complex control algorithm. The system usually needs to consume the massive electrical energies in the experimental process. This article is founded on the double electric machinery transmission exchange frequency conversion system, the new electric machinery experiment system take Windows as the operating platform This system has selected the computer + hardware board card + converter connection method on the hardware. Use VC++ 6.0 on the software to take the onstage programming tool, and the MATLAB computation engine take the backstage computation tool. This system has many advantages: the hardware simply, the contact surface friendly, the application flexible, the measuring is accurate and so on. According to the test, this system shows the good performance, which has laid the solid foundation to the later further research.
