| With the rapid development of the career of transportation of our country,the arrangement of stations in the city of the highway main-hub already become one of the comparatively active fields in transportation planning.The economic growed fastly under the pulling of transportation development, and at the same time,the shape of area-city changed quality and constantly.The existing planning of the highway main-hub has showed its'limitation gradually in theory and method, so, to improve theory and method about it has already become a necessary trend. After the reviewing work about the current situation of the arrangement of station in the city of the highway main-hub,on the basis of the "whole coordination" thought of the transportation planning, the subject matter of the existing theory and method of the arrangement of station in the city of the highway main-hub has been pointed out that is to regard the planning as the general engineering design in this thesis through researching and analysing,it was reflected by the characteristic of traditional " analyzing thinking " in the west that it lay particular stress on quantitative analysis,pursue the accuracy of the result, and a great deal of relevant complicated and qualitative factors which should be considered synthetically with the planning was not to be done,the planning range is confined to the centre urban area of the nodal city and the hierarchical structure of function of the total arrangement shape is not demarcated clearly,the system and method of the integrated evaluation of the total arrangement scheme are not perfected, thus cause the feasibility and adaptability of planning is not to meet the traffic demand increased day by day,then make the overall function of the highway main-hub difficult to run perfectly. On the basis of the research and analyse which has been mentioned above,to upgrade the covering degree of the main-hub system of the highway main-hub,this thesis regard every individual city in the nodal citys as a "regional city" on the narrow sense,regard urban area in the center of the nodal city as the core of the"regional city" ,take the counties (city ) and the key village towns that connect regularly with the core of the city include in the range of the planning,the stations are divided according to it's function in the highway main-hub system of the nodal city, set up a method of the total arrangement scheme on this basis,and combine the AHP with fuzzy comprehensive appraisal method,set up multi-level fuzzy comprehensive appraisal system, and apply it to the integrated evaluation of the total arrangement scheme. Finally,regard the project of "The total arrangement planning of the highway main-hub of Qingdao"as a instance in this thesis,the theories which are mentioned above have been applicated in the project,to use the achievements in the course of this project to show the research work of this thesis has important theory meaning and practical value on promoting the planning level of the transport infrastructure pattern of highway and advancing the development of communications and transportation planning of our country. |
