The valve cam structure is one of the keies that effect previous index. But timing driving system is the assurance of normal work of valve cam structure.The effection on timing driving system by construction of the admission gear has been studied in this paper. A new effective design calculation way of the engine timing belt drive struction has been developed through designing and studying double overhead camshaft timing driving struction of 469Q engine. It has significant reference value. A new short-cut timing marking way has been posed. The timing system preventor has been designed.The main reasons causing timing belt lateral vibration havebeen put forward., through the theoretical analyse and study and the experimental verification about the timing-belt lateral vibration in this paper.That the timing belt cross amplitude of vibration is relevant to the length of span of timing belt, the pitch of timing belt, the rotational speed of timing belt pulley has been raised, through the theoretical analyse and study and the experimental verification about the timing-belt lateral vibration in this paper. |
