| In this paper, the study is opened out on the basis of the developing of signal gathering system for hydraulic power steering gear test-bed. The purpose of the study is to finish the static and dynamic performance tests on the test-bed. The contents of the study including five parts as follow:First, the dimensional disposal of mechanical outfit is improved to perfect the test-bed of hydraulic power steering gear.Second, choosing the hardware of the signal gathering system, including choosing and calibrating sensors, choosing A/D conversion and installing them on the test-bed.Third, programming for the signal gathering system in accordance with the characteristics of static and dynamic performance test by Microsoft Visual C++.Forth, completing the static test on the test-bed on the basis of industry criterion, and consequently, the function of the bed is testified.Fifth, completing the study of the dynamic performance of the steering system, and a simple and feasible way to study the dynamic performance is gained. |
