But parts of reinforced concrete bridges of littoral is decayed by sea water and the bad ocean weather environment, and can not reach the service life, not only need to throw in a great deal of funds to carry on protect, maintaining and reforming, to the nation result in huge economy lose, but also bring the transportation inconvenience and result in bad society influence. The littoral concrete bridge anti-causticity problem has already developed to become heat problem and aroused extremely concern.In order to get over the case we evolved the research from the following aspects under the engineering background of QinChuan River.1. Analysis of actual engineering sample. We analysis the inner cause of Qinchuan river bridge which led to crack in the condition of seawater and salt area from the aspects of concrete's protection layer, cracking, strength, carbonization depth, content of chlorine ion and the rust of steel.2. Confected of high performance concrete. Through test we analysis the material's performance of cement, aggregate etc. and the design the high performance concrete's grade. At last we processed research on the concrete's mix and maintenance.
