The Theory Study On Central Heating Economizing Of Civil Buildings In Cities Of China

Energy efficiency in buildings is a significant act of saving resources, protecting environment, improving living standard and realizing persistent development strategy in our country. Energy consumption for buildings includes space heating, air conditioning, lighting and so on. As heating consumption occupies about 60 percent of total energy consumption in buildings, it is an important aspect of energy efficiency in buildings. This essay is carrying the theory study on central heating economizing of civil buildings in cities of China through the aspects of economy, technique and management on the basis of analyzing the necessity. Thereby it could supply the theory foundation for establishing and implementing the regulations and policies of central heating economizing of civil buildings.Economic theory research is bringing forward to perfect economic relations assuming of central heating of civil buildings under market economy on the basis of analyzing economic relations under planned economy and current economic relations. The realization of perfect economic relations is discussed from the aspects of heating price management and measuring heating charge system.Technical theory research is analyzing technical measures adapted to the realization of perfect economic relations in view of heating fountain, heating meshwork and heating consumer. And the research also advances the method of using fuzzy general appraisal to select heating fountain on the basis of current economy appraisal.Management theory research is divided two parts. One part discusses the institution and function of government management on central heating economizing of civil buildings macroscopically. The other part discusses management measures of improving economic benefits in view of heating enterprises under perfect economic relations.
